Flavor Development

Flavor development services allow GutBrew® partners to create a custom kombucha flavor designed specifically for their establishment. Through the GutBrew® Signature Flavor Development program, restaurants, cafés, bars, wellness centers, and tap partners can collaborate with GutBrew® to craft a unique flavor that reflects their menu, brand, and customer preferences.

The development process includes consultation, ingredient sourcing, small-batch testing, and flavor refinement to create a kombucha profile tailored to the partner’s concept. Once finalized, the custom flavor is produced by GutBrew® and supplied in our standard draft formats, including 5-gallon kegs for commercial service.

Custom flavor development allows businesses to offer a signature kombucha available exclusively at their location, giving customers something distinctive they cannot find anywhere else.
