With the GutBrew® Signature Flavor Development Program, we work with you to craft a custom kombucha designed specifically for your menu, brand, and customers.

Whether you’re envisioning something bold and spicy like Pineapple Chili, crisp and refreshing like Citrus Ginger, or something completely original, we’ll work with you to create a kombucha flavor tailored specifically to your establishment.

Development Fee

A $100 development fee covers the process of creating and refining your custom flavor concept.

This includes the research, testing, and formulation needed to bring your idea to life while ensuring the flavor performs well as a draft kombucha.

• Small test batch creation
• One round of flavor refinement

Once your flavor profile is finalized, it can be produced in our standard 5-gallon draft kegs for service at your location.

Minimum Opening Order

Custom flavor development requires a minimum opening order of four (4) 5-gallon kegs.

Kegs are ordered separately at the standard wholesale price of $135 per keg.

Minimum initial order:

$640 total
($100 development fee + 4 kegs)
